Using our proprietary geospatial engine, we scan across thousands of locations to identify high-demand, under-supplied areas. We prioritise zones with the right demographic mix and minimal competition.
We engage our agent network, landowners, and planning consultants and filter potential sites. We shortlist viable options against investment objectives.
Each site goes through a structured scoring process - looking at access, visibility, layout, planning history, services, and buildability.
Our design team visits selected sites and maps out constraints, opportunities, and fit. We check topography, boundary issues, contamination risks, and site-specific access.
If the site works, we assist in shaping the heads of terms and manage the acquisition to completion.
